The Body of Benchers has derobed Chief Vincent Okey Udah for professional misconduct.
According to a report by News Band, the Body of Benchers, sitting as the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC), delivered its ruling today 5th September, following a petition by one Chief Maduabuchi Okafor.
The report stated that Udah had earlier been derobed in the United Kingdom for allegation bordering on fraud. While details of Udah’s infraction remain ambiguous, it was gathered that he was not present at the hearing of the petition.
